30504 is my zip code.  I live in Oakwood, Georgia near Lake Sidney Lanier.  Lake Sidney Lanier is operated by the  US Army Corps of Engineers.  The history of the lake and the story of the construction of the lake has been published in a book.  The Lake Lanier Association  is working to preserve the beauty of the lake.
