Nicholas R. Marr Dies Here Today

Nicholas Rowan Marr, 93, died early today in Mercy Medical Center after an illness of three weeks.

He was a native of Tennessee and had lived in Vicksburg most of his life.  He was a commercial fisherman.  He was a member of the Pentacostal Church.

He leaves on known survivors.

Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Fisher Funeral Home with Rev. G. R. Travis of the First Petetacostal Church officiating.  Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be O. W. Thompson, Vincent Piazza, George Brewer, Irvin Marshall, James Bishop, Billy Wayne Bishop, Guy Creekmore, J. T. Marshall, and Jerry Marshall.
