Lorenzo Lafayette Lancaster

Lorenzo Lafayette "Fate" Lancaster married Mary "Mollie" Missouri Houston on April 26, 1898, in Decatur County.  Fate (1872-1929) was the son of William F. Lancaster (1833-1899) and Eliza Jane Houston (1848-1933).  Mollie (1880-1946) was the daughter of Felix Houston (1853-1940) and Mary Ann Myracle (1858-1889).  William F. Lancaster was the son of David L. Lancaster (b. 1807) and Permelia Davidson (b. 1804)

Fate and Mollie had five children:  Bertha, William Tillman, Lena, Opal and Wilma Mae Lancaster.  William F. and Eliza Jane, Fate and Mollie and their children are all buried at Mt. Tabor Cemetery in Decatur County.
