In Memory Of

Euda Jela Montgomery, wife of W. Oscar Montgomery, born Jan. 1, 1900, died Nov. 2, 1931, aged 31 years, 10 months, day.

She was the daughter of R. L. and Addie Lancaster, was married to W. Oscar Montgomery February 19, 1919, to this union were born 7 children, two of whom preceded her to that sweet home beyond. She trusted Christ as her Savior four years ago.

She was a faithful wife, a devoted mother, and was ever ready to do deeds of kindness for neighbors and friends.

Oh! how her loved ones will miss her, but God knoweth best, and called her home to Heaven where there is no more suffering, or sorrow, and there she is peacefully waiting to meet her loved ones.

She cannot be with you on earth any more, but with God's help you can live so that when the last summons come you can join her on that shining shore.

Funeral services were conducted by Bro. Jennings and burial in the Adkisson cemetery.

We wish to thank Bro. Jennings, our friends and neighbors for their words of comfort and deeds of kindness inthe recent loss of loved one, Eula Jeler Montgomery. We thank Dr. Wyley and Dr. Rogers who tried so valiantly to save her.
