Last Will and Testament of I.N.STANFILL, deceased.
Know all men by these present that I I.N. STANFILL of Decatur County and State of Tennessee ____ the uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory do make and declare and publish this my last will and testament. First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Louize the use of improvement and income of all my house hold and kitchen furniture and personal property and real estate to have and to hold the same to have for and during her material life - and at her death I give and bequeath all of my House hold and Kitchen furniture and personal property and real estate and all other property that I may die possessed of after my debts are paid to my beloved children that is now a living there being nine in all 7 boys and 2 girls - said described property to be divided equally among my nine children that is now living all except Twenty five dollars which I give an bequeath to my Grandson Elbert Butler in addition to what I have already done for him. I also do nominate and ___ my wife Louizie and my Sons L.B. and A.W. STANFILL to be the executor of this my last will and testament. I release the executors of from making Bond in testament whereof I have set my hand and seal and ____ and decree This to be my last will and testament in presents of the witnesses named below.
