"Verbal will of Edward Garrot; Daniel Wright, JP. Before whom appears
Nelson Kelly, Stephen Mullins, and Stephen Garrett,,, that on Monday 25th inst Edward Garrett
was alive but on his death bed, expired soon after, his good wife mentioned; John Ashly; son James
Garrett in poor favor; Pleasant Sullivant had married a daughter of Garrett's and is now dead. Sullvant
not to have a share in the estate but their child could have the value of 10 pounds and schooling; Steven Mullins, son-in-law; wife Anny Garrett. Signed by Nelson Kelly, Anny Garrett and Mary (Maro)?
