Lancaster married Parmela Davidson of Williamson Co, TN first. His second wife was Cynthia Duck of Decatur County. He and his second wife are buried in the Wylie Cemetery now known as the Gardner Cemetery. Children of David and Parmela were: Harvey, Jesse, John G., David A., William B., and Benjamin M.
