Obituary for Rodney Clark Broadway

Rodney Clark Broadway, 46, of Counce, TN, passed away Friday, March 9th, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center following a traffic accident.

He was a boiler operator at the Papermill in Counce, he was a US Army veteran, a loving husband, father, son and brother.

Rodney is survived by his wife, Kathryn Gober Broadway, of Counce; by three daughters, Anna Brooke Broadway, Kailynn Jolee Broadway, Kristen Cherry, by two sons, Taylor Blake Broadway and Landon James Rogers; his parents, Denny and Joan Broadway, of Decaturville; two sisters, Wendy Allen, of Decaturville; Joanie (Christopher) Gant, of Decaturville.

He is also survived by Aunts & Uncles - Larry & Jane Tyler, and Johnny & Sherry Broadway; nieces & nephews - Jasper Evans, Harper Gant, Savannah (Ed) Recinos, Cody Busby; great niece - Phoenix Marie Recinos; several bothers & sisters-in-law, cousins and extended nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Van & Marie Ivy and Malcolm & Eva Jean Broadway and a brother in law, Sam Allen.

His Funeral Service will be held at Cornerstone Church, Scotts Hill, TN, at 3 PM on Wednesday, March 14th, with Bro. Denny Broadway and Dr. Kurt Harnesh officiating. He will be buried in Crawford Cemetery near Decaturville with Military Rites at the gravesite.

Visitation will be Tuesday 2 PM - 9 PM and Wednesday 10 AM until service. All visitation and service will be held at Cornerstone Church 8520 Hwy 114 W. Scotts Hill, TN
