She is survived by her husband, Sammy Butler of Scotts Hill; 2 daughters, Sandy James and Tina Gambrell, both of Scotts Hill; 2 brothers, Ricky Duke and Darren Duke; 3 sisters, Peggy Reeves, Floretta Renfroe, and Theresa Duke; 3 grandchildren, Josh James, Jodie Tate, and Tyler Gambrell; and 4 great grandchildren, Jaxon James, Luke Tate, Lilly Tate, and Laken Tate. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Dorothy Duke; and 1 son, Sammy Jeremiah Butler. Funeral services will be on Monday, November 25 at 2PM at Parsons Apostolic Church. Visitation will be on Sunday from 3PM-8PM and Monday from 9AM until service. All visitation will be at Reed’s Chapel in Lexington.
