Mrs. Patsy Montgomery, age 59, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2009 at home. Funeral services were held 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Parsons Mortuary Chapel with Sis. Irene Chandler and Bro. Roy Wyatt officiating. Interment followed in Montgomery Family Cemetery.
Mrs. Montgomery is survived by her husband, Wayne Montgomery of Bath Springs; son, Jonathan (Sonya) Montgomery of Scotts Hill; daughter, Kim (Todd) Scott of Bath Springs; sister, Anita (Dale) Kennedy of Decaturville; two grandchildren, Brady Montgomery and Belle Montgomery.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Gladys and Ruil Sparks; daughter, Melissa McBride. Serving as pallbearers were Randy Camper, Adam Camper, Kenneth Kennedy, Jeffrey Wyatt, Keith McBride and Mark Wyatt. Honorary pallbearer was Kevin Davis.
