Discharged February 25, 1959, with rank of specialist 4. Awarded teh Marksman (Rifle) and Good Conduct Medal. Mr. Newman passed away August 2, 1993. He was the son of T. T. and Lillian (Maners) Newman. Married to Joyce Ann (Patterson) Newman and had one son, Bobby Ray Newman and three grandchildren: Deanna, Patti, and Cody Newman. Submitted by Robin Rainey, niece.
