Robert Wayne Tuten, born March 22, 1953. Enlisted in the U. S. Army September 1, 1971. Countries served in were Germany, Heilonbron, January 19, 1972 - August 23, 1973. Discharged August 24, 1973, with rank of specialist 4 (corporal). Awarded the Marksmanship Award.
Memorable events: In January 1972 he was already scheduled to leave for Vietman. His orders were suddenly changed about three days before he was to leave.
Memorable events after leaving service: Marriage October 23, 1993 and becoming a Mason in July 1992.
Robert is the son of Robert Creed and Virginia Tuten. Married to Vickie (Tucker) Tuten. He has two stepchildren, Heather DiMarco of Jackson and Jaren Hudson of Chester County and one step-grandson, Hunter DiMarco of Jackson.
