Shared note	From the research of David Donahue Elias Blount was an invalid for 40 years after having been injured while serving in the navy. He died at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Nashville. A military marker used as a footstone on his grave reads "Tennessee Pvt HA2 US Navy World War I.
