Ann Lancaster Ann Marie Lancaster, 76, of Decaturville, Tenn., passed away Sunday, Aug. 3, 2025, at Jackson-Madison County Hospital in Jackson, Tenn. Ann, or as everyone else called her Granny, might have only had a few children of her own but has had hundreds throughout her life that she loved and cherished. Between her love of playing cards, being on the go thrifting, trying to find the best deals, cuddling with her dogs, she would cook. Whether that be brownies for whatever kids were in the house that day, or a peach cobbler for her card playing buddies. She was loved by so many and her memory will be cherished forever. She is survived by her son, Jim Lancaster of Decaturville, Tenn.; granddaughter, Kayce (Adam) Skubic of Decaturville, Tenn.; and great-grandson, Harrison Bullington. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lancaster; parents, Marie and Harrison Daniel; brothers, John Daniel, Robie Daniel and Roger Davis; and sister, Bethel Taylor. Visitation for Mrs. Lancaster will be held Friday, Aug. 8, 2025, from 11 a.m. until time of service. Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 8, 2025, at 4 p.m. in the Parsons Mortuary chapel.
