Covington - FRANCES BARTON MILLER, 74, retired from Tri-County Federal Savings and Loan Association. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, September 18, 2005 at Maley-Yarbrough Funeral Home with burial in Covington Memorial Gardens. She was a member of Covington First Baptist Church. Mrs. Miller, the wife of Bill Miller, also leaves two sons, Mark Miller of Covington and Randy Miller of Lebanon, TN; a daughter, Suzanne Cope of Covington, and five grandchildren.
