O'BRISKI, JOSEPH HENRY, 70, of Homosassa, died Sunday (Aug. 13, 2000). Born in Glen Head, N.Y., he came here 19 years ago from Long Island, N.Y., and was a foreman in the construction industry. He was a Navy veteran and a member of the Heavy Road and Construction Local 1298, Hempstead, N.Y. Survivors include his wife, Josephine; two sons, Robert and Glenn, both of Inverness; three daughters, Debbie Watson, East Northport, N.Y., Barbara Reutzel, Port Charlotte, and Kathleen Jarmula, Huntington, N.Y.; three sisters, Rose Marie MacKenzie, Levittown, N.Y., Ann Butler, West Babylon, N.Y., and Barbara Zack, Franklin Square, N.Y.; and nine grandchildren.
