Harold Brasher Obituary
Harold passed away July 1, 2025 at the age of 83 at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, AL.

Harold is preceded in death by his mother Edith Carlene Artis Brasher (2008), and his father Ray Hubert Brasher (1998). He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Linda Achatz Sutherland Brasher, his four children Laura Brasher (Sanjeev Rastogi), David Sutherland (Rob Forni), Mark A. Brasher (Karley Adney) and Michael Lynn Brasher (Allison Dushane), and his grandchildren Kavi A Rastogi, Wyatt H. Sutherland Forni, Beatrice I Sutherland Forni, Duncan W. Brasher, Henry W. Brasher, Gretchen Adney Brasher, and Samuel L. Brasher. He is also survived by his sister Linda K. Kubinski.

Harold graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1964 with a BS in electrical engineering. He retired in 2010. After retirement he loved traveling with Linda and they visited all 50 US states. Harold was dedicated to researching family genealogy, and loved his family deeply. He was an avid University of TN sports fan for football, basketball and baseball.

Harold was beloved by his family and will be missed forever.

Services for Mr. Brasher will be held Saturday, July 12, 2025, visitation starting at 12:00pm, followed by funeral service at 1:00pm, both at Hampton Cove Funeral Home in Owens Crossroads, AL.
