Mary Montgomery Obituary Mrs. Mary Montgomery age 92 of Parsons passed away Tuesday June 17, 2025, in Parsons, TN. She is survived by two children, Amy (Don) Stricklin of Decaturville and Steve (Tracey) Montgomery of Jackson, TN. grandchildren, Rachel (Scott) Nanney, Katie (Steve) Figueirdo, Michael Montgomery, and Kelsey (Lucas) Tilleros. great grandchild, Oliver Evans. She is also survived by a sister, Jane Rhodes Gregory of Mobile, AL, brother, Don (Joann) Rhodes and a sister, Freda Rhodes Roberts, both of Lexington, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, R.C. Montogmery; parents, Arvin and Nina Rhodes of Middleburg, TN; her brother, Vaughn Rhodes of Lexington, TN; and three sisters: Raymelle Austin Pinkston and Vernell Johnson, both of Lexington, TN and Shirley June Rhodes, who died in infancy. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Parsons First Baptist Church at 1:30 PM with the funeral beginning at 4:30 PM. Burial will be at Sardis Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Joy Sunday School Class at Parsons First Baptist Church.
