Linda Keeton Obituary Linda Gail Keeton, 84, of Decaturville, TN, passed away Wednesday, May 15th, at Jackson-Madison Co. General Hospital. Linda was born December 30, 1939 in Lexington to the late Lloyd and Quinnie Rhodes. She was a homemaker and helped run the family farm. Linda loved farming, being on the river, the outdoors and spending time with her family especially her sisters and grandchildren. She and her husband Fred, were very active in the Farm Bureau, the Lions Club and their church, Decaturville First Baptist, where they were members. Linda is survived by her husband, Fred Keeton, of Decaturville; a daughter, Suzanne (John David) Barham, of Jackson, TN; a son, Randy Keeton, of Decaturville, TN; a sister, Charlotte Earp, of Parsons, TN. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren - Lyndsey (Michael) Azbill, of Memphis, Molly (Sam) Norris, of Florence, Alyssa Weber, of Decaturville, Jacob Keeton, of Decaturville, Aubrey (Seth) Beasley, of Decaturville, and August Keeton, of Decaturville and 6 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Quinnie Rhodes, a brother, Gene Rhodes and 4 sisters, Betty Wallace, Emily Taylor, Martha Roley and Susie Rhodes. Her Funeral Service will be held at Reed's Chapel, Decaturville, TN, at 11 AM on Saturday, May 18th, with Bro. Don Franks officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Bath Springs. Visitation will be Friday 5 PM - 8 PM and Saturday 10 AM until service. |
